Samsung HinFlux boards were what i had in stock at the time this all started. I have since made the decision to buy American, which is probably made in China at the moment... idk. The only American option in this arena is GE.
Boards can be purchased @ www.digikey.com (Minnesota).
Note: i just recently began setting up solar, so I'm using drivers to convert wall power to run them. You guys would not need to.
Mount them to aluminum stock (heatsinks are better, but not mandatory). www.heatsinkusa.com
Mount them using thermal paste and screws, or thermal tape. The more surface area the better, because we are bleeding heat from the leds into the aluminum and we need it to dissipate quickly.
Each board pulls 1400mA @24vdc
