What's you guys opinion on short term like a year, freezing cooked meat. Vac sealed, another solid option?? I heard you can only reheat it once, I am more focused on 1 servings per package for family meal. Hamburger, chicken, pork, maybe even steak hate the thought of doing that to a good steak.

Hi there i think You can do that maybe with hamburger or chicken pattie like I wouldn’t do it in pork or chicken although I remember sometimes many meals come cooked in box like turkey or chicken for families to heat I’m not sure if those have been frozen prior but I’m thinking they must have. I wouldn’t do it though that’s my personal view. I do freeze seasoned madinated steaks though.
Thanks
