This isn't exactly a food storage question, but I figured this might be the place to find the answer. Does anyone know of a prepper recipe for gluten-free sourdough? As in, uses only ingredients that can be grown/foraged? If not, does anyone have any ideas? I'm thinking maybe using masa herina and potatoes as a base. Also, I'm not really interested in threshing grains, and I live in Texas, so rice flour is out.

I haven’t seen one. We are GF but usually just skip bread products all together. I’ll keep a look out for a recipe. I have a couple freeze dried GF starters in my ER food storage but I don’t use one regularly.
