Bulgur wheat is basically wheat that has been processed into a cereal type. Kinda like oat groats are made into rolled oats. The wheat has been cracked and processed partly. It is a rice/oatmeal alternative.
Can I buy it for long term storage though , or be able to make into flour ? I’m having trouble finding wheat I have bought and stored a lot of food but have no grains like wheat, and thank you for your response.
