Hi All,
Wondering if this corn would be decent to put up in mylar bags & buckets (after sitting in the freezer for a few days) because I don't really have terribly many feed stores locally available, but I do have a TSC not terribly far away:

Thanks in advance!
I just asked the same question about an hour ago. Hopefully someone will be able to give us an answer.
yes you can use the corn. youtube what you will have to do to the corn to make it human consumable
Research Nixtamalization ... it is a process for the preparation of maize (corn), or other grain, in which the corn is soaked and cooked in an alkaline solution, usually limewater (but sometimes aqueous potassium carbonate), washed, and then hulled.
