We're supposed to have at least a couple hundred pounds of corn in our pantry. I had a few questions after watching some of the other YouTube videos on the process:
1 Can you add diatomaceous earth to your bags to help keep pests out? What's your dosage per gallon or per pound of food?
2 Can you nixtamalize corn without turning it into tortillas? Say just use it for soups or side dishes?
3 What's your dosage for pickling lime per gallon or per pound of food?
