When it comes to food planning, most folks don't consider eating sprouted seeds as an option, in spite of the many benefits of doing so. Sprouts are highly nutritious and take up little storage space. Seeds can be successfully sprouted in any living space all year long. If the price of pre-packaged seed products are out of a family's budget, wheat berries and other grains can be substituted. Many bean varieties are good to try as well. I would recommend buying a seed sprouting kit to get started. 'Scam is on' has many options to choose from.
