Given the advancements in technology and the dependence thereon, how likely do you think it is for the power grid to go down?
(Possibly from a CME, but more than likely it would be primarily from a cyber attack(s) or from a EMP/HEMP, or combo of both?)
I recognize the extreme vulnerabilities within the grid and if it does go down in part or in whole–cascading failure. The rebuild/repair will take years at the earliest. High output generators and LPTs take time and extreme skill to build and aren't made here.
