I was asked by a member of my MAG if I knew any recipes for beans, rice, corn, and wheat. Does anyone have any prepper recipes for these?

I have several books filled with ideas, but I’m not at home to tell you any of their titles! Do a search for cookbooks on “cooking from your pantry,” cooking from scratch, Amish recipes, etc and you’ll find a bunch. Also check Lehman’s Non-Electric website for their cookbooks.
thats what i store and i use to add variety butter, tabasco, garlic, salt and pepper to meals with those items....
Its pretty hard to give out recipies if recipies arent what we cook with 🤔... yesterday we had pirozkhi's. Of course made with flour from our stocked pantry, filled with eggs from our chickens and mustard greens and cabbage from the garden, the day before we had deer soup, made with rice and red beans, the day beford that we had deer roast with rice and tomatoes from the garden. Its just here we dont go by recipies, we go by what we have stocked/canned in the house and whats available outside, i.e. gardens, livestock. Not so sure what to make today, its played by the day. I may just open up some home canned lentil -or tomatoe soup. Maybe some pork chops, with canned gardens veggies and a freshly picked garden salad on the side... also deer chili sounds good, with some home canned red beans and canned tomatoes out of the garden and dried Tabasco peppers. How about some chicken soup with either freshly slaughtered chicken out of the coop (lets get rid of those drawn hens) or home canned chicken, with rice and fresh carrots out of the garden 🤔 decisions, decisions, decisions if i dont stop ill just keep going all day long😂😳. As for cream of wheat, we just cook it with some fresh goats or cows milk add a tiny bit of sugar and cinnamon, and serve with a side of home canned fruits in syrup. Corn we dont eat, we do have a tiny bit of organic corn, in case i gotta make cornbread once a year, and decide afterwards its really not what we like 😂. As for sweet corn, we can that during summer and ad it VERY SPARINGLY to meals, because we dont grow it very much but have to buy it(but im guessing you meant field corn anyways?).
