Finally split and stacked the last of 2 cords, chimney is clean, stocked up on propane, buying a Buddy heater this weekend (on sale at TSC 25%off, Whooo), swapped the summer for the winter car gear, got out the big coats, hats and gloves. Sealed the windows. Ready
North Carolina? That's not Winter, lol. Head a few hundred miles north of there, as in Maine and we'll talk. Good for you though! I have friends there and I love to pick on them about their 'Winters". Not to say they don't get slammed every now and then, but still, I look at footage and they look at inches and ice.
Had to plow for the first time this year. Waste really as the dirt isn't frozen yet and it just makes a mess. Still all is pushed way, way back so next time it should be easier to maintain.
Bite your tongue JS. I only have 1 1/2 cords of the 7 I need to put up.
@Haunted55 last time i did that, someone accused me of looking like gene Simmons from Kiss. Lol. Praying you get what you need.
Nope,I'm skipping winter this year
@Patriotic Trucker agreed. May your roads be salted before you.
@JS Badger might be my last, if all goes according to plan
@Patriotic Trucker does that mean no more trucking? Or are you buying your own little tropical kingdom to oversee?

What is winter? Just kidding I live in South Florida, going to have to learn about it because I am moving to North Carolina when I retire in May.
