Love it, my daughter asked me to carve her an angel pumpkin, this is what i get for wishing she'd choose something other than a cat which she' done the last 3 years 😳
Lol. I'm finishing an FFA one that I'll post later. Maybe next year my lil man will be big enough to pick a
These are excellent pumpkins! Great job! Thanks for sharing
Quiet Artistic! All three look awesome!
She ended up changing her mind to tinkerbell 🤣
Lol. Awesome. That came out amazing.
I did malificent, cuz im a giant child 😬
Went to a party & several people said they could not find any pumpkins! Is there a pumpkin shortage?
That MAY explains it? Judge for yourself.... https://www.allrecipes.com/article/is-there-a-pumpkin-shortage/
Awesome! lol I had stocked up on some organic caned earlier in the hard prep.
I am a tad anxious because I am trying to clean out freezers & get house ready to market. Leaving both fridge's here. So don't want the hassle of trying to keep stuff frozen. Its a hard balance act. I am going to make one last run in next day to get some more of least expensive cuts of meat to can & more animal food. And then I am set. Oh and another 5 gallon of gas. Next 2 weeks who the heck knows what is going to go down. 😳
Makes perfect sense! Also if you move during winter your frozen food should be fine in just a cooler. A couple more days and stuff will keep frozen outside up in Tennessee (isnt that where yall wanna move to?)... yep, don envy you, moving is soooo sooo stressful 🤐... dont know if its the same where you are at, but here dollar general regularly has meat discounted up to 50% !!! now back to pumpkin, i dont know if the libbies explanation does explain the overall pumpkin shortage? We grow and can our own, but we use the small pie pumpkins, so i dont know if the industry uses the big field pumpkins to can or the small pie pumkins? If they use the small pie pumkins, that article wouldnt necessarily explain the field pumpkin shortage, unless they are grown in the same region? Uh, questions over questions 😂🤔😂.
I had a bumper pumpkin year, i think i had 20? A few have gone soft and been fed to the turkeys and goats but ive still got at least 15 sitting on my stairs that will go into cans sooner than later...
