Amazon has lots of good quality supplies and Tourquiets be careful buying locally from Walmart they sell alot of China crap. There's another site called Galls thats a good one EMS, FIRE, and POLICE related. If you have questions feel free to ask. Good
Galls is good for EMS/basic stuff. For more advanced medical supplies (sutures and surgical instruments) you can use mountainside medical. I was able to get replacement parts for one of our blood pressure cuffs from Mountainside Medical. In His Hands is a midwifery supply site that has OB kits all set up as well as suturing material. Please only get advanced stuff if you or someone in your MAG is trained. I have several people in my MAG with advanced medical training and we had a serious discussion regarding what advanced supplies to buy and what we could truly manage as far as trauma surgery & recovery in a situation where there is no going to the hospital. Something to think about.
Walmart has a good supply and inexpensive. CVS does too but can be a bit costly for some items. I make my own when I need too.. acquiring the materials where I can and sewing, a machine when handy otherwise by hand.
Anywhere, it's all the same. I got sutures and staples from farm supply store, really just do a Google search. I have a gen 1 bear FAK as well.

Bear has suggested veterinary supply houses (and one other source I can't recall at the moment)
