I am in Creek County, OK. I am open to meeting like mined people as well. I am sure I am like many of you, when I say I am cautious to meeting new people in the times we are in. With that said, I know there are strength in numbers and good people that can help one another. God Bless all of you!
Maybe we can get somthing going on the other side of this, whenever that may

Hello Cindy, sorry for taking so long to get back to you. I have been out in a rural area for over a week, "practicing". Feel free to contact me again and I will respond promptly. Have a nice day.
Looking for people in this area to "practice" with and learn from. You know, form friendship and build bonds. Do you have a group or are you looking to form one?
For anyone in the OKC metro area- email me at email@example.com.
We already have a group formed. I am the unofficial HR department of our group. (think gatekeeper).
@Huck saw it and replied. I have actually replied to several emails from this page so with any luck we can see if you guys fit with us, and us with you.

Hey guys, I currently live in Fresno, Ca but am deadset on moving to Eastern Oklahoma specifically Tahlequah and finally escaping this soft liberal soy boy state. The governor appears to be more and more of a communist tyrant talking about implementing statewide community surveillance, that's a no go for me and mine, its time to finally jump ship. If Eastern OK is good enough for Bear and his family then its good enough for mine. Just wanted to get your guys thoughts and advice on life in Eastern OK Tahlequah/Muscogee/Tulsa for a family looking to move there?
I was raised in Muskogee, currently living in Tulsa county. It is definitely going to be a bit of culture shock but in a positive one for you. It is a much slower pace. One I'm certain you will like. There are many areas far from the beaten path with good water access. Ft. Gibson comes to mind as a good example of old style country town.
Thanks for the feedback Cindi. A slower pace of life sounds wonderful! Bring on that culture shock haha country living is Exactly what I'm looking for in a town with a sense of community & looking out for one another. I've heard good things about Tahlequah & Oklahoma in general. It being in the Bible belt & having a high concentration of 2nd Amendment supporting God fearing Replican/Conservative population definitely a Big PLUS! That might sound like a shocker coming from a Born & Raised Californian believe it or not we're not all leftist libtards with Trump derangement syndrome some of us still have our heads screwed on right haha thanks again for the Feedback Cindi 👍
When you're ready to head this way let me know. I can hook you up with someone too help you find land.
That would be awesome, the family and I are actually taking a weeklong trip to Tulsa next weekend to get a lay of the land even though we've pretty much already decided we're moving to Tahlequah after looking at the amazing rental prices & the the things I mentioned in my last reply we are already on the decision. We'll be looking to rent a home to start & possibly buy in a few years if the country hasn't burned down yet. If you know any property managers or RE agents that can mabye hook us up that would be Great!! My email is firstname.lastname@example.org
@GiveMeFreedom1861 I have a friend who lives in Talhequah. I'll call him tomorrow.
@Cindi Pritchett really, thank you Cindi. That's kind of you.
I just wanted to take a minute to encourage people when building their groups. It wont happen overnight. You will have some who are really gung ho online, but when its time to meet they have a million reasons why it doesn't work. My advice is don't chase after people. Those that are serious will find the time. I have had 6 people reach out to me from this site, and of those 6, 2 actually come to a sit a meet that I hosted. Sometimes schedules just don't work and I get that, but if they are serious, they will circle back to try again. Just have patience, and if you have a process, don't rush the process to fill the seats because it wont work. For those looking to join a group, don't get offended if there is a process. This isn't a slight at you, but understand instead that the group you want to join is made up of families, and people are naturally cautious. There is a lot you can fake, but true integration takes time. This life isn't a sprint, its a marathon and when the S hits the fan, you want to KNOW you can trust the people around you, and you cant force that or rush that. So keep your head up which ever side of this you are on, and pray that God brings the people into your life that are supposed to be there.
