Hey - I'm on the Western side of NH, near the border with Vermont. Planning a meetup with another member on the forum here sometime this month who lives close by.
@Amy R Hate to break it to ya Amy, but don't think this is going to be over. Do you still go grocery shopping once in a while, or take a quick trip to the hardware store? If you feel comfortable enough for that, then you can have a meetup practicing social distancing. I would hope people on here have been prepared enough to not have to go out much any way so risk is minimal. I just went out for the first time in 4 weeks to get building supplies. We've gone from public safety to programming now. If you need a group, do it. Otherwise keep hunkered down. This is the new normal by design. Luckily I've met people in my neck of the woods who keep a low profile.
Right now is a good opportunity to meet people on here who are like minded. Date them here for now. As for strong leadership? Not sure what you are speaking to or looking for. If you are a prepper, you already know what to do and should know how to do it. If not there are a lot of videos on Bear's You Tube that will walk you through it. I don't mean to appear unfeeling or condescending and hope you don't take it that way. I guess I'm just a little confused over your statement.
I’m newer to this and going slowly trying to get my wife and children on board. I’m not sure how to start a MAG/meet up so that everyone feels comfortable. But I’m open to ideas and suggestions. I’m in Peabody
@RomeoAlpha sorry for the delayed response. I was sick for a while with pneumonia. My interests are prepping, gardening and homesteading. I have exgtensive medical training and my husband is a first responder. My jusband is not keen on joing a group but I keep trying to convince him that we need to belong to a MAG/group of some sort. Not sure what you are looking for.
I have 9 acres in Candia, NH I'm willing to part with, especially to a follower of Bear - I'll be honest, it's on a main road - so I would not call it an isolated property. Fast traffic can be an issue. But if you build on the back of it, it a great property. It is wooded, has a creek, and a drilled well. My husband and I live on a different parcel in Candia.

I'm so glad I left New England. Still trying to recondition my mind from all the shit I learned from them. They have no regard for humanity and will fire people from jobs like nothing. Population density is incredible for such a small area of the country. I believe the will be up there with NY state for the new agendas
