hey all my family just moved to ne texas and looking for a mag. I have trouble with social situations. Is there anyone in the area looking for new members. Thanks all
Hey Michael- I think you just took the first step, the hardest part- you spoke up and asked a couple of thousand folks you don't know for some guidance. I'm socially awkward in groups of more than two or three, seems like I just don't fit in a lot of times. Some how I became an insurance salesman. Hang in there, get what you need and thanks for your service.
Well Michael, by definition most preppers are not mainstream. I joke with people about my Tin Foil hats, and being a nut job. Lately though friends and family are asking that to buy as far as weapons, shelters, food and so on. Now they are trying to panic buy, but just like toilet paper there is none. If their lucky they obtained a weapon and a few hundred rounds of ammo. With no training I don’t want them around me with a loaded weapon. Training classes are at a premium too. Most are booked out into next year already. I look at it like having a parachute, you either have one when you need it or it’s too late.
I would just say lead with your strength not your weakness. Let people get to know first. If you lead with the weakness people will judge or just avoid you. I’ve never met a person yet that didn’t have issue or bents.
