About a year ago I started following what happens here at the Bear Nation and more recently Patreon. I have learned a ton from you - for that I am grateful. My Lovely Wife Lady and I are better because of you'all.
My field is workforce education and development and currently serving the local airplane company in a continuous improvement leadership role. I am the son of a diesel mechanic who has worked elbow to elbow with janitors, machinists, engineers, designers, managers and executives inside and outside of this old airplane company. I am also the son of a work at home mother so I do all the cooking, sewing and ironing at our house.
I am a spiritual person who left the big "C" church nearly 30 years ago but finding this group has put my nose back in the scriptures and renewed my hope in the remnant.
I am also an outdoor person - hunting, fishing, trapping, tracking, and hiking are all things I do. I love shooting the bow - I served as the president of the 2000+ member WA State Bowhunters for many years. I prefer an old wood laminated recurve or long bow over the complicated and fashionable multi cam cable balanced whisker biscuit units made from recycled junk. I prefer Sig Sauer over Glock in .45 and really enjoy a .308 rifle capable of high accuracy over Manglum calibers.
