I have been a prepper since before it had a name. It was being prudent. Huricane Hugo at age 19 by myself in a house with my dogs taught me about being prepared for anything all the time by throwing me in the deep end. We had no electricity or grocery stores... for weeks and martial law for a couple of months. Neighbors banded together to take care of each other. We put tables down the middle of the street and shared with each other. I was fully prepped but not all neighbors were.
I have property in the white mountains of Arizona on top of a bluff with the beginnings of what will hopefully be a working ranch some day. I would like to join forces with someone who wants to build a happy little homestead together. I rent from a friend down in the city right now for work but am able to garden and prep here a bit.
I hope to be able to meet other like minded individuals in Arizona to be friends with.
