Well the Locale is changing and thus the mission. I'll be staying with my sister and plan on constructing for her some fencing, put in a sprinkler system and plant a nice size garden while I'm transitioning. Before I move I'll be helping some older folks clear out down branch's and such from recent storms💪 This post makes me want to do more than that actually. Thanks for the motivation brother.
Putting a MAG together so we can do the things and teach one another.
So many Bear Nation missions in the works! I truly wish I could share them all. Stay tuned Bear Nation! Excitement in the works!!!
Here we don't really call them missions, but doing what needs doing. Lift where you stand, etc.
We just finished helping an elderly man with cleaning up his property. Due to recent medical events he is no longer able to do for himself. We had four brothers and their sons show up.
Four days a week I work with another brother (one of whom helped with previous statement) on increasing physical fitness. Due to Covid his Reserve unit is not meeting physically, but he still needs to maintain physical readiness. Four days a week we meet before the sun even thinks of shining to either run or lift.
In two weeks four families are making the trek for 10+ cords of firewood for the winter. Many hands make light work.
Recently prepaid for self defense instruction for two women in our group that have minimal firearms training. That is to be scheduled in the near future.
Tomorrow I'm going with another brother to develop/increase his firearms proficiency.
Keep on keep'n on.
At the moment we are homestead sitting for neighbors... Quiet honestly we just don't have the time or energy to do much more, we work physically hard here about 10- 15 hours everyday on our own place a lot of times in 80-100 degrees heat outside. Oh the other day we meet up with a couple of neighbors just catching up on things. Well the catching up went on until well after midnight, what a wonderful blessing that was!!! Hoping y'all are making progress in finding a place to call your home!
Taking some of my baby critters to see some kids recovering from cancer today, hoping to do more for the organization in the long run but theyre getting off the ground now, ill write up something better for silver linings but i wanted to point out that those of us with animals can spread o much joy with just the gift of our time.
Right now our soul mission is to get out of Oregon. This is what The Father has instructed us to do. Once we get where we're going I will immediately start growing and raising all the food i can.
You awesome people are going to make it happen I know it. The Tee shirts are amazing and get tons of compliments btw, especially from me👌 Blessings from The Father.
Thank you. You are awesome! We are grateful to be trusted with SSC.
Our departure date is sometime in September. 🥳 Bless you! And all who have helped us make this happen. There's just no way we could have made the on our own.
Learning to better “hear Him” through the scriptures and prayer. Trying to fill in prepping gaps while I can.
